Title: Systems Administrator
Location: Ft. Meade, MD

Job Description:
- Provide and supervise set-up, configure, and load system software and hardware
- Provide system administration support of computers, servers, racks of equipment and figure/manage LAN interfaces.
- Provide support for web development, testing, system integration, installation scripts and other duties to support systems and network infrastructure.
Requirements:
- Must hold an Associate’s Degree and Five years’ experience OR Nine years of experience with installation, maintenance, administration, and trouble shooting of LAN, computer hardware and software
- Must be experienced in performing and assisting with equipment specification, setup, problem resolution, and network support related to computer hardware and software
- Must hold experience in providing assistance to users
- Must hold experience in optimizing system operations
- Must hold experience in ensuring compliance with licensing agreements and system currency.
Title: Systems Engineer

Job Description:
- Provide senior system engineering support on large-scale systems, major system elements, and/or interfacing systems
- Manage support to the overall system engineering domain in architecture, requirements analysis, data flow, network design and/or implementation or testing
- Analyze user requirements, concept of operations documents, and high level system architecture to develop system requirements specifications
- Develop detailed system architecture and system design documentation
- Guide system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans
- Develop system configuration documentation, including detailed designs for capacity planning, security systems and disaster recovery. Conduct on the job training for co-workers.
Requirements:
- Must hold a bachelor’s Degree and Five to ten years’ experience in a technical role in projects and programs for Government or Industry customers
- Must have five years’ experience as a Systems Engineer in programs that encompass system architecture, requirements analysis, process execution and evaluation
- Must be experienced in the following: Solaris, Linux, HP LO100i, and Windows utilities and techniques to diagnose and correct performance bottlenecks
- Significant experience in the following: Designing complex collection systems
- Experience in integrating systems using multiple operating systems (Solaris, Linux, Windows)
- Experience in performing tradeoff studies and System performance analysis
- Experience in Agile methods is desired.
Title: Software Engineer
Location: Ft. Meade, MD

Job Description:
- Will perform software/patch/firmware deployment manually or using software deployment tools; Act as a subject matter expert for software development and engineering.
- Code and test software based upon software specifications and designs.
- Analyze and study complex system requirements.
- Design software tools and subsystems to support software reuse and domain software development.
- Support using formal specifications, data flow diagrams, other accepted design techniques and Computer-Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tools.
- Use sound software engineering principles to ensure that developed code is modifiable, efficient, reliable, understandable, and fault tolerant.
- Provide software process management and control throughout the coding portion of the software development process.
Requirements:
- Must hold an Bachelor’s Degree and Five years’ experience OR Nine years of experience in a technical role working on software intensive projects and programs for Government or Industry customers.
- Must hold 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer supporting software architecture development, requirements analysis, process execution and evaluation, selection and evaluation of COTS/GOTS tools, and software integration (with both new and legacy systems).
- Must hold 5 years of experience using any or all of the following: JAVA; C++ or C; COBRA; J2EE; Perl; JavaScript; UNIX scripting languages; XML; HTML; workflow tools such as JBoss or Weblogic; DOM; AJAX; Apache; Spring, near-real-time processing, collection systems, network protocols & standards, GUI development, and mission management systems.
- Must be experience in Web Services implementation.
- Must be experienced in programming using Top Down, Event Driven, and object oriented paradigms.
- Experience in Agile methods is required.
Title: Network Engineer
Location: Ft. Meade, MD

Job Description:
- Provides assistance in all aspects of network management from network design through implementation, maintenance and upgrading of existing networks; specification, and related documents and implements communication system requirements to support the distributed functionality of a software engineering environment
- Analyze network characteristics (e.g. traffic connect time, transmission speeds, packet sizes and throughput), troubleshoots problems and recommends procurement of, and/or modifications to network components.
Requirements:
- Must hold Ten years of experience in a technical role in projects and programs for Government or Industry customers with: eight years experience as a Network Engineer in programs that encompass system architecture, requirements analysis, process execution and evaluation
- Must hold experience in developing networks from design through implementation
- Must have experience with Cisco IOS or JunOS or equivalent.
- Must hold experience in configuring multi-vendor network equipment.
- Must have experience with network test gear and testing network equipment.
- Must be experience in configuring NAT and Routing Protocols.
- Must hold experience with Ethernet Trunking and configuring Ethernet VLANs.

Job Description:

- Will work a Lead, providing overall configuration management and implementation guidance for daily activities supporting sustainment, integration, testing, and fielding of systems.
- Responsible for managing input and retrieval of data in the configuration management repository.
Requirements:
- Must hold a Bachelors Degree or have sixteen years of experience in configuration management.
- Must have experience with two or more commercial software products (e.g., ClearCase, Razor, TeamWare) used for configuration management.
- Agile methods experience is required.

Position Description:
- Performs basic analytical activities related to the definition, development, implementation, maintenance, and support of laptops/desktops and client-supported applications.
- Interfaces with end users to handle tasks of a routine nature, such as researching and answering questions concerning system function and usage, researching modifications to existing programs.

- Minimum of at least 1-2 years of experience with Windows operating systems, hardware platforms and software packages.

Position Description:
- Provides remote system administration support, system maintenance, and operation of Windows and/or UNIX workstations.
- Troubleshoots problems and applies resolutions remotely.
- Resolves desktop problems and service requests such as software installs remotely using tools such as SMS, Remote Desktop Connection, Active Directory, etc.

Position Description:
- Provides phone and in-person support to users in the areas of r phone and in-person support to users, including e-mail, LAN/WAN, directories, standard desktop images and applications, COTS and GOTS applications.

Title: Telephony Prewire Technician
Location: Fort Meade, MD

Position Description:
- Telephony Prewire skilled technician to install and terminate, maintain and document both copper and fiber optic station cables and all associated hardware.
- Must be able to provide leadership and direction to crews while displaying proper performance, customer service skills and adherence to security regulations of site.
Requirements:
- Requires High School education and at least three or more years of experience in the telecommunications industry or equivalent.
- Employee must be able to give guidance to subordinates.
- Must be able to lift 60 pounds and be able to climb ladders.
Title: Cable Plant Technician
Location: Fort Meade, MD

Position Description:
- Duties will be centered on, but not limited to, the installation and maintenance of telecommunications backbone cabling, both interior and outside plant.
- This includes, but is not limited to, installation, splicing and termination of large count copper and fiber communications cable, installation of racks/frames and cable management hardware.
Requirements:
- Requires High School education and at least 2-4 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry with four of those years centered on the installation and maintenance of telecommunications backbone cabling.
- Each employee must be able to lift at least 60 pounds and climb ladders to complete their duties, and, demonstrate performance that includes successfully working closely with customers.
Title: Software Developer

Position Description:
- Software developer needed to help design, develop and deliver search applications and develop new search functionality in support of vital enterprise IT applications.
- Should have a good understanding of Agile development methodology, test-driven development, and search theory. The developer will be responsible for designing and implementing back-end search processes and front-end displays.
Desired skills:
- Experience with JavaScript, CVS, AJAX, ANT, PKI, Tomcat, Linux, Eclipse
- Experience with additional enterprise search technologies such as Lucene, Endeca, Google, etc.
